Where in the Denver / Littleton area are you located?
We're located just off I-85 (Santa Fe) and Titan Road in Littleton. Our address is 9464 North Moore Rd, Littleton, CO 80125.
When can I access my unit?
You can access your unit any time, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week!
Do you offer any indoor storage?
We do. We offer storage containers and storage garages. The storage containers are great for household items and overflow from your garage, while the garages are great for RVS, boats, and cars.
What size are your parking spaces?
Our parking spaces come in a broad range of sizes. We have spaces as small as 12x15 and as large as 12x55, so we’re equipped to store small boats to large motorhomes or trailers.
Do you have pull-through spaces?
We do. We have both back-in and pull-through spaces.
Are the units easily accessible?
Yes! We constructed our roads to be wider and put the units at an angle to help with your swing when pulling or backing in to your unit.
Do you offer a dump site?
Yes! The dump site is coin operated. Coins can be purchased at the office during normal business hours.
Does the dump site have water?
No, the dump site does not have water. Please make sure you have fresh or gray water to run through your black tank at time of dump.
What else do you offer RV owners to make things easier?
We offer free air and firewood, located right next to the office. You’ll have nearly everything you need when you leave on your next adventure!
Do you use security cameras?
We have both security cameras AND require a keypad code to enter our security gate.
How can I get started?
Just contact us and we’ll help you get started right away or click the Move In button next to the size you need!
Can I prepay before the first of the month?
Yes! Go to our website: denverrvselfstorage.com and sign into your account. Click the blue Pay Now button and then select Current & Upcoming under the Amount to Pay section. Click how many months you would like to pay for next to each unit via the arrow. Select your payment method and then press the blue Pay Now button at the bottom of the screen.
What if I need help?
Please do not hesitate to call the number at the gate or on the website. If the call is outside of business hours, please leave a message and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
What is my security deposit?
The security deposit is paid at the time of sign up. Your security deposit is your last months rent. Your security deposit will be applied to your account when we receive written notice via email with 30 days notice by the 5th of the month. Please see below for specifics on how to vacate your unit.
How do I vacate my unit?
We need written verification via email to vacate your unit (must meet the 3 month minimum agreed to at sign up). Notice to vacate your space must be given with 30 days notice by the 5th of the month. Please send an email to denverrvselfstorage@gmail.com that states you are vacating your space and when. You will receive a confirmation email once your move out is scheduled.
Why am I receiving a bill when I gave notice to vacate?
Denver RV Self Storage uses a program called StorEDGE. StorEDGE is an automated system that sends bills out to all current customers. You are considered a current customer until your schedule move out at the end of the month. You will not be charged after your move out, when your account is no longer active.
If I pay for a year ahead and vacate my space before the year is up, do I receive a refund?
When you pay for the year in advance and receive one month free, you are committing to being here for the next year. Refunds will not be given for the remaining balance if you choose to move out before the year is up.
